this is the pinnacle of Japanese fast food. it's practically a full service restaurant but still affordable and quick.

The meat ist Not exactly the best, as ist the Rest of the burger. Fried potatoes are okay. But since the burger was Not really that good, i cant give more than 3 Stars. I guess you get what you paid for...

Pretty good burger chain

Despite of I felt the hamburger size was below average, it's taste and the service was really nice. The cost is cheap considering the cost of the meat in Japan. I recommend for a fast meal at low cost.

O how I miss this burger chain. Sadly it has come and go in my home country, probably due to exorbitant rental I think. This is considered a artisan burger than a normal one. It has exotic ingredients such as avocado as a burger topping. Great attention to detail, even the onion in the burger is caramelized nicely. Ice blend is perfect, onion rings are great. Many condiments to select in this store like truffle oil and Sicily lemons. Everything is package so well. Ambience is lovely, and quiet. Nothing is wrong here. Everything is perfect.

Nice, small yet cozy place.if u are smokers, there is smoking room availbale for 10 seats. Underneath the tables there are electricity plug. Wifi available. Coffee is good. The salad is fresh. And good burger.

They refuse to add bacon to a burger, despite having bacon. I can't eat eggs, so I can't order the bacon burger that has zero option to remove the egg. The portions are small and overpriced compared to competitors. Food is bland, mostly bun and condiments. Don't waste your time in any of the locations.

Good Burgers, but the quality is not very high

Very tasty and freshly made. Had the fish fillet, onion rings and chips. The lemonade was freshly made too. Decent prices for a decent meal. Would go again :)

Good value for eating out, and clean. As for taste, the quality is there; my chicken was plenty tasty, juicy, and handled with care. The menu is in English, but do yourself a favor and learn some basics. Not all businesses have gone all out on English training for the Olympics, and honestly, we're visiting their country. Sorry, I got lost in the weeds there; the food is good. 😅

Very good burgers. I had the crispy chicken burger which was very crispy and looked exactly like the photo.

The crispy chicken burger is so delicious, only problem would be the hot juice coming out burning your tongue.
